Construction workers have a lot of stuff to do in their jobs. Construction workers work at a lot of places like baseball and football stadiums. They work at a lot of schools too. The same company that worked at our school also worked at the Raven’s Stadium in 1997. The Ravens stadium project cost 400 million dollars.

It took 28 months to remodel the school and it cost $19,000,000 for this school. They added light sensors, hot water, and low flow to our school. For example when you leave the room the lights turn off. Isn't that neat?  They also added some soccer fields. They started working at our school in September 2014. And they might finished remodeling the school in December 2016.

The hard part about working at our school was scheduling and weather because some days were cold and some days it rained. So scheduling and weather was hard because they can’t control the weather.

Also the job takes four years of college. They needed a computer, phone, tape measure, and a camera. They need to know simple math and they also need to know their fractions. In addition, they definitely needed to know how to read a tape measure.
